IP-Based KVM Switches

IP-Based KVM switch (KVM Over the NET™ / KVM on the NET™) represents the next generation of KVM switching technology. Unlike traditional access to the KVM switches of the past, IP-Based KVM switch (KVM Over the NET™ / KVM on the NET™) is a digital device operating over existing network architecture to allow remote "over-IP" connection to the KVM switch, and thereby remote control of the computers on the KVM installation.

Users no longer have to be wired directly to the KVM switch or use extenders to reach them over distance. IP-based KVM switch, simply connect its network port to the existing network backbone and all the computers on the KVM installation can be accessed and controlled over the WAN, LAN, Internet, or Intranet — "anywhere-anytime".
